ITIL Service Design Training – UNRWA – December 2016
Conducted training for UNRWA in Landmark hotel over 3 days. It was a unique experience as most of attendees has 15+ years of experience. This is not the first course I deliver to UNRWA as I have also provided them with PRINCE2 Foundation, ITIL Foundation and PRINCE2 practitioner training.
