I am  Modern-IT Leader, with over 20 years of experience working in various leadership positions in international and regional companies to support organizations across the EMEA region to establish digital factories, embrace digital agility, and adopt DevOps; agile; and modern IT delivery patterns to drive their digital transformation

My philosophy is to work closely with customers to understand and assess business needs and suggest the best course of action to drive benefits realization, customer satisfaction, risk optimization, and resources optimization.

I lead successful IT programs by applying modern engineering capabilities, best managerial practices, business knowledge, and leadership competencies to enable digital transformation and solve digital organizational problems: including supervision of the people, establishing processes, evaluating, and selecting technologies, and providing the business and technical functions needed based on worldwide-known principles, theories, frameworks, methodologies, and practices including Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL, DevOps, FinOps and SRE.

I worked in many roles including Delivery Director, CTO, Engineering Director, Program Manager, Advisor, and Operations Manager, during which I designed, and lead the development of advanced systems using different technologies including but not limited to: Cloud (AWS, Azure), SAP, Containers, Kubernetes, Open-Source Technologies, Websites Development, and Mobile Development.

I have also led presales activities including Developing POCs, Defining Value propositions, and presenting digital business solutions to customers.

Moreover, I have excellent communication and presentation skills including driving and managing communication in complex and multi-stakeholder environments.
