Throughout my years of experience, I demonstrated strong ability in applying knowledge of structure, functions and procedures in managing digital services, IT project portfolios, solving IT organizational problems, providing end-to-end service delivery and developing methods for implementing systems to achieve organizational objectives and support business agility. I have achieved this through applying modern worldwide-known principles, theories, frameworks, methodologies and practices such as: Agile, Lean, DevOps, Agile ITSM, ITIL, PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, and Kanban.
During my years of experience, I demonstrated string ability in acquiring, managing, restructuring and leading agile teams.
On the technical level, I have good technical experience in large scale online digital services performance, architecture and scalability, Data Management, Caching, APIs, Integration, Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity.
I have excellent communication and presentation skills. I have solid experience in gathering, analyzing and presenting data and information to support decision making process within IT and business. As well as, driving and managing communication in complex and multi-stakeholders’ environment.
In addition, I thoroughly practiced IT financial management including: budgeting, managing and analyzing cost and revenue, investigating best cost reduction solutions, tracking expenditures; prioritizing of resources within projects with focus on optimizing results and maximizing ROI.
