ANNOUNCEMENT: New ITIL V3 Foundation Training Material

I have just finished developing a newer version of my ITIL V3 foundation training.

This last version the flow of ideas is smoother than ever. Other enhancements include the following:

1. Videos: videos were added to the presentation to illustrate a selected set of processes.
2. Linking Point Slides: the purpose of linking points slides is to visually illustrate the relations between processes in one or more life cycle phases
3. Case Study: to make the process of digesting ITIL terminology and main concepts. The presentation now reflects them on an imaginary company called “StorAge”.
4. Quizes: Each modules ends up with 5 questions, taken from the sample foundation exam papers.
