Over the 5 days, we’ve covered all subject required to have a foundation knowledge in ITIL and to prepare for the ITIL V3 foundation exam.

This training was really a very nice experience. Big thanks to the audience for their great desire to learn and take part. The audience was very eager to know more about ITIL  and how to apply it in real life.

Being experienced, the audience were able to relate to ITIL processes and best practices and to reflect their experience on the subject and how ITIL could have helped them in certain situations.

I have learnt so much from this experience. It was really interesting and rewarding.
