This week I delivered 3 days ITIL foundation workshop in VODAFONE Qatar to a group of experienced and professional IT and Telecoms Engineer.
This course was one of the best courses with regard to the depth of discussions and reflecting or real life examples and challenges. I honestly hope to work with this same group again.
