TRAINING: ITIL V3 Foundation May 8th-12th, 2011

Last week , I conducted a very nice training at Optimiza Academy.

Attendees were from banking and services industries.   It was really a rewarding experience. Attendees were able to relate to the ideas, concepts and processes at ease. As they are either working in an environment where there are ITIL implementations, or they have an extensive experience in IT.

Finally I would like to thank the attendees for making this training, really a special one.  Thanks to:

  • Ahmad Musallami – Quality Assurance Manager – Optimiza
  • Mohammad Soboh –  IT Policies and Procedures Officer – The Housing Bank of Trade and Finance
  • Thaer Hamad – The Housing Bank of Trade and Finance
  • Waleed Jarrar – IT Auditor – The Housing Bank of Trade and Finance
I with them all the good fortune in passing the foundation exam and any other future endeavors!
