Last week , I conducted a very nice training at Optimiza Academy.
Attendees were from banking and services industries. It was really a rewarding experience. Attendees were able to relate to the ideas, concepts and processes at ease. As they are either working in an environment where there are ITIL implementations, or they have an extensive experience in IT.
