Last week I have conducted a very interesting PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner training for the Signal Regiment of the Sultanate Army of Oman. It was a very unique experience. It was a real pleasure working with such competent and smart group of people from Oman.
At the end of the training I was honor with the regiment shield trophy.
I am really very thankful for the Sultanate Army of Oman/Signal Regiment for giving me this unique opportunity.
In coordination with Optimza Academy I have conducted PRINCE2 Foundation training for a group of competent IT Managers from UNRWA. Delegates are managing IT units in Jordan, Palestine (West Bank an Gaza), Lebanon and Syria.
The foundation training lasted for 3 days, December 3rd to December 5th, and took place in IBIS hotel in Amman.
Last week I finished the first of two ITIL V3 foundation training for Bayt.com IT Staff in Amman.
Delegates were really very interested in the subject. They have consistently challenged me with their questions.
Overall it was a very successful training and I expect that all the delegates will be able to pass the foundation exam.

A very interesting and challenging training that took place last week, with a distinguished group of IT managers and engineers from East Net.
The delegates were really very enthusiastic to learn about ITIL. All discussions and questions reflected very good understanding of the main concepts and terminology, with huge stress on the practical aspects.
Overwhelmed with the discussions, I forgot to take photos for the audience!
Time passed very quickly. This is usually the case when you conduct a training to a very excited audience with relevant experience to the training topic.
The ITIL foundation V3 training at STS has just finished. Audience were a very excited group from different governmental institutions and organization.
I have personally leaned much from this experience and hope to have similar audiences in the future.
